What happens if I change my address?

You can update your address details quickly and securely using your My Pension account. Once logged in, click on the 'Details and settings' tile, then select 'Your personal details'.

Alternatively, please complete the 'change-of-personal-details-form-fillable.pdf' form. This form requires your handwritten signature - Electronic signatures will not be accepted.

What happens if I change my bank or building society details?

If you change your bank or building society details, please let us know right away!

You can update your bank or building society details quickly and securely using your My Pension account. Once logged in, click on the 'Details and settings' tile, then select 'Manage my bank details'.

Alternatively, please complete the 'change-of-personal-details-form-fillable.pdf' form. This form requires your handwritten signature - Electronic signatures will not be accepted.

 

What happens if I move overseas?

We can continue to pay your pension to a UK bank or building society account.

Alternatively, we can arrange to pay your pension into an overseas bank account for a small monthly fee. Please contact us to find out more and to request a bank mandate form for your chosen country.

How will my divorce impact my pension?

You and your partner will need to consider how to treat your pension as part of any divorce/dissolution settlement.

Life cover

As a member of the Scheme you have valuable life cover, which is a lump sum paid on your death. If you have previously nominated your husband, wife or civil partner to receive this, you may wish to update your nomination. You can do this quickly and securely by logging into your My Pension account. Click on the tile called 'Manage beneficiaries'.
