Pension payments
Your pension is paid monthly in arrears on the last working day of the month. However, December payments will be made prior to Christmas.
Your monthly pension is paid directly into your bank or building society account via BACS (Bankers' Automated Clearing System).

My Pension Portal – Self-Service
My Pension Portal is a secure and convenient way to access your pension information. Through the portal, you can:
- Check and print your payslips and P60 certificates at any time
- Update your personal details
- Manage your beneficiary preferences
Your monthly payslips and annual P60 certificates are published to your My Pension account.
You can log in or register here
Your P60 certificate will be available to view and print online by the end of May each year.
