Pension payments

Your monthly pension is paid directly into your bank or building society account by BACS (Bank Automated Clearing System).

The Highland Pension Fund is responsible for processing your pension payments. If you have any queries about your monthly payments, please contact the Pensioner payroll team on (01463) 702441.

My Pension Portal – self-service portal

My pension is a secure and quick way to access your pension information:

• Check and print your payslips and P60 certificates whenever you need them.
• Update your personal details.
• Manage your beneficiary preferences.

Your monthly payslips and P60 certificates are published to your My Pension account:

Your P60 certificate will be available to view and print online by the end of May each year.
